Nasri faces 2-year ban from international football
Manchester City and France midfielder faces a two-year ban from international football following a foul-mouthed confrontation with a reporter after his side's elimination from Euro 2012 on Saturday, The Telegraph said.
The 25-year-old, who played a central role for France in the early stages of the tournament and scored the equaliser in a 1-1 draw against England, told a reporter to "you are looking for s***, you are looking for trouble" when approached for a quote after the defeat to Spain in Donbass.
When the journalist in question told Nasri to "get lost" the midfielder continued the abusive rant and said "f*** you" before inviting him outside for a man-to-man conversation.
Now, according to reports in L'Equipe, French football executives are considering making an example out of Nasri and hitting him with a long-term that could rule him out of the 2014 World Cup.
