Hraparak: Congress and Oskanian
Several important topics were left out of HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s rally speech, Hraparak writes. Ter-Petrosyan did not touch upon HAK’s presidential candidate, Harsnakar incident, and criminal proceedings against Vartan Oskanian.
“There are disagreements on Oskanian’s criminal case within HAK. Levon Zurabyan says the case has political implications, while Nikol Pashinyan considers Oskanian a criminal.
Ter-Petrosyan made remarks about Prosperous Armenia Party during the rally, but said nothing about Oskanian.
By the way, according to our information, Oskanian’s case has a nuance which is concealed by both prosecution and the defendant. Part of $1.2 million transferred by Huntsman was transferred not to Civilitas Foundation’s account but to Oskanian’s personal bank account. But they say the operation is within law,” the paper reports.
