Hraparak: Geghamyan to address OSCE PA
The plenary session of the OSCE PA will take place in Monaco on July 5-9. An Armenian parliamentary delegation, led by Artashes Geghamyan, will attend the session for the first time, Hraparak reports.
“Geghamyan’s speech in Monaco will be rather interesting, because Latvian delegate V. Abramike’s report contains a point about territorial integration, which is against Russia, but cannot but concern Karabakh. So Geghamyan will have to combine the pleasant with the useful by including the thesis of self-determination as well as the thesis of non-use of force in the draft resolution. Will Geghamyan, breathing fire and fury in the Armenian parliament, be able to do the same in a foreign country?” the paper writes.
