One idea runs like a red thread through all these visits: non-use of force or threat of force in Karabakh process, MP, member of RPA Supreme Body Gagik Minasyan told Panorama.am, when asked why delegations representing various international organizations and missions frequently visit the region.

According to him, the international community has its share of fault in this issue, because formerly it did not pay serious attention to such an important principle, non-use of force or threat of force.

“Therefore there are no serious mechanisms towards preventing the violation of that principle. As a result, Azerbaijan created an illusion, making provocations and being left unpunished,” Minasyan said.

Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov does not either hide the fact that Azerbaijan is to blame for acts of provocations at the contact line, the MP concluded.
