Hraparak: Manvel Badeyan, Garnik Isagulyan make a bet
Hraparak’s correspondent witnessed an interesting scene: owner of Eurostan Uyut company Manvel Badeyan and President’s Representative at the National Assembly Garnik Isagulyan made a bet over NKR presidential elections. Badeyan said that with all respect to Vitaly Balasanyan, he thinks Vitaly will get at best 10 percent of the vote, while Isagulyan persisted that he will receive at least 20 percent of the vote. Loser has to entertain at his expense the MPs who were in Galust Sahakyan’s room.
