Haykakan Zhamanak: Gagik Tsarukyan Foundation violates law
Haykakan Zhamanak has revealed that the government has studied a complaint submitted by PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s godchild Arthur Harutyunyan dubbed Palach and found that Gagik Tsarukyan Foundation violated charity law.
According to the paper, the government has told the Transport Ministry to take measures. The issue has also been reported to the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition. However, Arthur Dallakyan, director of King Deluxe Company owned by Palach told the paper that he has not received any official notification. Dallakyan said that company’s drivers will resume the strike Friday and added that Palach has not yet returned to Armenia.
