Hraparak: Person responsible for balloon blast named
Head of the Department of Investigation of Especially Important Cases of General Investigation Department of RA Police Arsen Ayvazyan told Hraparak that within the framework of the criminal proceedings on the blast of gas-filled balloons in Republic Square on May 4 criminal charges have been brought against Serob Bozoyan according to RA Criminal Code Article 279 (manufacture or realization of goods that do not meet security standards) part 2 (to cause damage to health of two or more people). Signature not to leave the country was chosen as a pretrial measure against him. Arsen Ayvazyan declined to give further details. The investigation still continues, said he.
