Stepan Grigoryan: The world has to take into account Artsakh elections
“The international community’s response to Artsakh elections is not so important to me, because the major UN and Council of Europe conventions stipulate that every nation has the right to form government,” political scientist Stepan Grigoryan told reporters in Yerevan, commenting on Artsakh presidential elections.
The expert attached importance to the fact that “Artsakh held competitive elections.”
“The election results are not so important to me. The important thing is that there was competition, a hot fight,” Grigoryan said.
“The world has to take into account Artsakh elections,” he concluded.
