Hraparak: Garnik Isagulyan wins bet
Hraparak’s correspondent tried to find out where Garnik Isagulyan and RPA “procession” will go with Manvel Badeyan “to have a bite,” with Isagulyan having won the bet with Badeyan because Vitaly Balasanyan received not 6-10 percent of the vote as Badeyan had predicted, but, as Isagulyan had guessed, “40-30, at least 20 percent” of the vote.
The paper writes that Isagulyan’s joy was double because his daughter had got engaged the day before.
“I am busy. It’s up to Badeyan to decide on the place, time and “weapon type,” Isagulyan told the paper.
