Journalists meet with Turkish President over Hrant Dink case
Turkish journalists met with President Abdullah Gul at the Presidential Palace, with the State Supervisory Council’s report on assassination of Hrant Dink on the agenda.
Journalists expressed concern that with the report made public in February, relevant bodies have not yet carried out their functions.
Cemal Usak, chairman of Journalists and Writers Foundation of Turkey, and other attendees asked Gul to give push to the process.
According to CNN Turk, Abdullah Gul promised to pursue the case and to once again remind the government that the case should be pushed forward.
