Hraparak: Burnash ready to give up his parliamentary mandate
At a Facebook conference held by Radio Liberty, in response to the question “if Serzh Sargsyan demands that you give up your parliamentary mandate, will you obey him?” MP Ashot Aghababyan, dubbed Burnash, replied, “He is our commander-in-chief, so if he finds that my being in power is senseless, I will certainly do that.”
“In fact, he thinks that the National Assembly is an army, Serzh Sargsyan is the commander-in-chief, and he is a soldier who was not elected by the people, but was appointed by his commander and can also be fired by him,” Hraparak comments.
