Serzh Sargsyan: At this difficult moment, we stand by the people of Iran
Yesterday, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to president of Islamic Republic of Iran on the devastating earthquake that occurred in Iran, the press service of the President reports.
The letter said in particular:
“Your Excellency,
I learned with profound pain the news on the devastating earthquake that occurred in Eastern Atrpatakan provinces of Iran, which cost lives of thousands of people, injured and enormous destructions.
I express my sincere condolences to the friends and families of the victims, and in Your person to the friendly people of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
At this difficult moment, we stand by the people of Iran and are ready to provide all necessary assistance for overcoming the consequences of this tragedy.”
