Turkish Ambassador angry at France’s decision
Turkish Ambassador to France Tahsin Burcuoglu has expressed concern over France’s decision to include a chapter on Armenian Genocide in French textbooks, Turkish news website Sondakika.com reports.
“We are concerned and angry with this new initiative of France,” said the Ambassador and urged Turks living in France not to stay indifferent to that decision.
To recap, the French Ministry of Education has decided to include chapters on Armenian Genocide in history and geography textbooks for French secondary schools.
