DigiTec Expo 2012 at Yerevan Exhibition Center on October 5-7
Yerevan Exhibition Center will host the 8th annual DigiTec Expo on October 5-7.
DigiTec Information and Telecommunication Technologies Expo is an international event, which takes place every year since 2005.
The Expo is organized every October in Yerevan by the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) of Armenia, under the high patronage of the Armenian Prime Minister.
According to UITE, so far around 60 companies have submitted bids for participation in the expo.
A partial list of participating companies includes: National Instruments, Synopsys, Unicomp, Microsoft, Orange Armenia, Softline, Instigate, Redinet, Altacode, ArtinVaruzhan, Liga-Tech, Comptecarm, Be Interactive, Spyur and some others.
The objectives of the expo are to (i) create a favorable business environment for companies as well as state, business and individual users of information & communication technologies (ICT) and high-tech, (ii) present the latest products of Armenian and foreign ICT/high-tech companies, and (iii) promote development of business linkages between Armenian and international businesses.
