Vilanova: I'm proud of my team
"The first thing I want to do is to congratulate Real Madrid." Tito Vilanova, Barcelona's coach, welcomed the performance of his team in the second leg of the Supercopa, but he also acknowledged the merits of their rival, Marca.com reported.
"The first few minutes they took an important advantage and they scored two goals on us. I'm proud because in the second half we had five chances to score in the Bernabeu playing with only ten men", summarized Vilanova.
"It is not a psychological blow", he added. "We wanted to win, but this defeat does not mark the season. A lot of it remains," explained the coach.
