Bako Sahakyan receives certificate of election as Artsakh President
On September 5, Bako Sahakyan visited the NKR Central Electoral Commission to receive his certificate of election as Artsakh Republic President.
In his remarks, President Sahakyan noted that complete establishment of all branches of power and their full-fledged functioning as well as the irreversibility of democratic state building process are among the greatest achievements of Artsakh independent statehood.
In this context, Bako Sahakyan put special emphasis on the activities of the Central Electoral Commission as one of the most significant institutions in the republic, presidential press service reported.
