Sergey Lavrov, Hillary Clinton discuss Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, and U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Vladivostok, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said in a news release.
The sides addressed the unresolved conflicts in the South Caucasus, among other regional and international issues.
Sergey Lavrov and Hillary Clinton issued the following joint statement:
“We have reaffirmed our commitment to continue the Transnistrian conflict settlement process in the 5+2 format as well as expressed willingness not to give up efforts for resuming Karabakh talks with the powers of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.”
