Case of Ramil Safarov on EP agenda
The three-day session of the European Parliament, on September 10-13 in Strasbourg, will address, among other issues, the case of killer Ramil Safarov who was extradited to Azerbaijan from Hungary and was pardoned and released by Azerbaijan’s authorities.
The agenda, posted on the official website of the European Parliament, indicates that the case of Safarov will be discussed on September 13.
The case of Safarov will be considered as part of the discussion on fundamental freedoms, human rights and democracy in general.
EP is expected to adopt a resolution on Safarov case.
