Fabregas: I am fine and eager to move forward
Cesc Fabregas has dismissed speculation that he was unhappy at Barcelona but says that he hopes his club form picks up soon, according to ESPN Soccernet.
In an interview in Thursday's Catalan sports paper Mundo Deportivo, Fabregas said it was not true he was discontent at a bit-part role at Barca.
"I am not here to cry, I am here to work and learn from the best," Fabregas said. "There is an amazing generation (of players) and we need to take advantage of it as much as possible and all pull together. At the moment I am fine and eager to move forward."
The ex-Arsenal midfielder said there was no truth in stories he was considering a move back to the Emirates or to Serie A side Milan.
"Everything happens so quickly in football," he said. "I only see these things if someone tells me, if not I do not even notice. I tell my family and friends not to tell me these things. I told my best friend not to worry, that if something happens or I feel bad then I will let him know straight away."
