Harsnakar case hearing delayed until September 24
The hearing in Harsnakar case that took place today in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts, presided over by judge David Harutyunyan, was delayed until September 24, 3:00pm.
The reason for the delay is due to the fact that one of the suspects, Arman Khachatryan, did not have a defender. The judge ruled that he should be given time to hire a lawyer.
Larisa Alaverdyan, Garegin Chukaszyan, Zhirayr Sefilyan were present at the court hearing.
