Zhoghovurd: Food Security Service officials fired in bribery probe
Three officials of the State Food Security Service of Armenian Agriculture Ministry were fired while being investigated on bribery charges, Babken Pipoyan, a spokesperson for the State Food Security Service, told Zhoghovurd daily.
The paper reminds that RA Police Department for Combating Organized Crime arrested several officials of the State Food Security Service on bribery charges. The police revealed that in 2009-2012 they agreed with several bakery owners in Yerevan and took bribes from them in return for not holding inspections.
