Former Lori governor: Those who talk bad about me are mentally ill
Former Lori governor, Henrik Kochinyan, and his brother, Haykaz Kochinyan, who failed to be reelected as mayor, are selling their property in Armenia and plan to launch a profitable business in Russia, far away from politics and intrigues, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun reports.
The paper notes that Haykaz Kochinyan faces criminal charges. Speaking to the daily, Henrik Kochinyan said, “Those who give such information are mentally ill. Those who talk bad about me are mentally ill.”
He denied rumors that he is selling his property and plans to leave the country, the paper writes.
