On September 24, President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Armenian businessman, director general of Luding company Armen Shahazizyan.

President Sahakyan awarded Gratitude Medal to the philanthropist for his service to Artsakh.

Bako Sahakyan rated high the role of Luding company in the socioeconomic development of Artsakh, noting that there are all necessary conditions for widening and expanding cooperation.

Issues related to the implementation of different projects in NKR were also discussed during the meeting.

President Bako Sahakyan together with the philanthropist visited Stepanakert Musical College after Sayat Nova and held a consultation meeting on improving the working conditions of the institution.

On September 24, President Bako Sahakyan also visited Stepanakert nursing home and got acquainted with the conditions of the renovated buildings of the institution.

The President expressed his satisfaction with the works done, noting that they would substantially improve living conditions of our fellow citizens dwelling there.

Bako Sahakyan thanked Hayastan All Armenian Fund and philanthropist Armen Shahazizyan for the reconstruction of Stepanakert nursing home, characterizing it as a demanded project for the country.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, executive director of Hayastan All Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan and other officials attended the event, presidential press service reported.
