Levon Aronian draws with Francisco Vallejo
Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian drew with Francisco Vallejo in third round of Grand Slam Masters Final in São Paulo. Fabiano Caruana and Viswanathan Anand, Magnus Carlsen and Sergey Karjakin also tied third round.
Caruana leads the tournament with 7 points, followed by Aronian with 5 points and Carlsen with 4 points.
Anand has scored 3 points, Vallejo and Karjakin 2 and 1 points respectively.
Aronian will face off against Magnus Carlsen in fourth round on September 28. Caruana with play against Vallejo and Karjakin will play against Anand.
