Yerevan to host third ‘Back 2 Book’ festival
Third ‘Back 2 Book’ International Open Space Book Festival will open in Yerevan on October 1, Armenian Ministry of Culture said.
The festival will be held under the auspices of the state committee coordinating the events dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Armenian printing.
The event is organized by Khnko Aper National Children’s Library, Armenian Book Center, with the assistance of Armenian Ministry of Culture.
The festival aims to raise the value of book and reading, and build bridges between arts and cultures of different nations through cultural dialogue.
The festival will run through October 25. It will feature various events in Children’s Library, Northern Avenue and other venues. An exhibition-fair, roundtable discussions, lectures, book launch events, fairytale readings, a spiritual concert and many other events will be held as part of the festival.
