Zhoghovurd: Robert Kocharyan makes final decision not to run for president
Second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, who is visiting Moscow, has made a final decision not to run in 2013 presidential election, Zhoghovurd daily reports, citing its sources in Moscow. With circulating talks and analyses about Kocharyan’s possible return to politics, ex-President’s close circle, however, had been persisting that Kocharyan had no intention to return to politics yet.
The daily tried to reach Viktor Soghomonyan, a spokesperson for Robert Kocharyan, for comment, but as always, he did not answer his phone.
