Artsakh President receives Yerevan Mayor’s Office delegation
On September 28, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received a delegation of Yerevan Mayor’s Office headed by Mayor Taron Margaryan.
During the meeting, the sides discussed further expansion of ties between the two Armenian capitals.
President Sahakyan noted that expanding relations with the Armenian capital, which possesses great potential, will substantially boost socioeconomic development of Stepanakert and the whole Artsakh. In this light the President welcomed the signing of a cooperation agreement between Mayor’s Offices of Yerevan and Stepanakert, noting that it is a necessary legal basis for further cementing interrelations.
Also, Bako Sahakyan awarded director of Nork-Marash Medical Center Lida Muradyan Gratitude Medal for service to Artsakh.
Mayor of Stepanakert Suren Grigoryan, NKR Healthcare Minister Zoya Lazaryan and other officials were present at the meeting, presidential press service reported.
