Sneijder: 'I'll be back'
Wesley Sneijder is out of action for a month after the Inter star suffered a thigh strain. “I’ll get back soon and even stronger!”
According to Football Italia, the Dutchman limped off during the opening half-hour of their 2-0 win at Chievo on Wednesday evening.
Tests have now confirmed a second-degree tear in the left thigh muscle, an injury that will keep him out for around a month.
It’ll rule Sneijder out of the Milan derby, among other important matches.
“I will work hard to get back soon and even stronger!!! Thanks for all the support!!! Appreciate that...” he wrote on his Twitter feed.
