VivaCell-MTS: Calls while roaming in Artsakh to be charged as local tariff
VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, is glad to announce that now when roaming in Artsakh calls to the Republic of Armenia are available for AMD 45 per minute instead of the AMD 140 before.
The calls in local directions in Artsakh also make AMD 45 instead of the AMD 80 before.
