Hraparak: Vartan Oskanian insulted by Gagik Tsarukyan’s behavior
Vartan Oskanian was “resolutely lonely” yesterday, and it is quite clear that he was worried and was in low spirits, Hraparak writes.
“Before the parliament session had started, he was sitting alone in his room, and only Gurgen Arsenyan was periodically entering his room. Oskanian then went to Arsenyan’s Vip Room, where they were discussing the list of those who would vote for the petition, the paper writes.
According to daily’s sources, Vartan Oskanian is insulted by Gagik Tsarukyan’s absence, because he realizes that “he could be arrested if political necessity requires it, and the only person that could hinder it is not by his side at the required moment.”
