Henrik Mkhitaryan named honorary citizen of Yerevan
According to the decision of Yerevan Council of Elders, on the occasion of the 2794th anniversary of Yerevan, for great achievements in football; for contribution to the development of national culture and role in the achievements of theatrical art; for contribution to the development of chess, member of Armenian national football team Henrik Mkhitaryan, art director of Konstantin Stanislavski State Russian Drama Theatre Alexander Grigoryan and famous chess player Rafael Vahanyan were granted the status of honorary citizens of Yerevan, press service of Yerevan Mayor’s Office reported.
