Zhoghovurd: PM to demand account from ministers
During a cabinet meeting on October 4, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan announced that from now on ministers should present tax statement and report on the potential of economic growth in the relevant sector, and Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan should be one of the first to present statement, Zhoghovurd reports. Beglaryan didn’t like the idea because he is a new person in the government, paper’s sources say.
Anzhela Martirosyan, a spokesperson for Gagik Beglaryan, was asked to comment on the information. “Mr Beglaryan is away on business, and therefore Deputy Minister Hrant Beglaryan will present statement instead of him,” she noted.
By the way, Hrant Beglaryan is not Gagik Beglaryan’s relative, the paper writes.
