State budget should be balanced – NKR President
On October 18, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan held a consultation meeting on issues related to the 2012 state budget execution and formation of the 2013 state budget.
President Sahakyan underlined that the state budget should be balanced, secure the main directions of the country's socioeconomic development and maintain its social direction. The President said that such an approach proved its efficiency and enabled to realize programs of strategic importance.
The President noted the necessity of targeted utilization of the budgetary means and ensuring the proper control over this process.
Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials attended the consultation, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
