NKR Culture Ministry moves to Shoushi
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan attended the opening ceremony of a new building of the NKR Culture and Youth Affairs Ministry in the town of Shoushi on Sunday.
President Sahakyan noted the importance of moving different institutions to the Artsakh's ancient cultural capital considering it a significant factor for further development of Shoushi. He underlined that it would also contribute to the protection of historical buildings.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Speaker of National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials attended the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
