Zhoghovurd: Tsarukyan returns hastily from Dubai
Zhoghovurd daily learnt new details about PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s hasty return from Dubai. It was revealed that Tsarukyan was informed that former Russian Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Soskovets and one representative of Russian Presidential Administration will be attending the opening ceremony of Expo Russia-Armenia 2012 on October 24.
Tsarukyan returned hastily, but the guests didn’t come. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko honored the event with his presence instead, the paper writes.
