Kamo Vardanyan appointed chief of staff of NKR Defense Army
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing major general Kamo Vardanyan first deputy commander, chief of staff of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army, relieving him from the position of commander of a military unit of the NKR Defense Army.
According to another decree, colonel Mikayel Arzoumanyan was appointed commander of a military unit, and was relieved from the post of commander of another military unit of the NKR Defense Army.
President Sahakyan also signed a decree appointing colonel Vachagan Nersisyan commander of a military unit of the NKR Defense Army, signing a five-year term contract with him, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
