Eurasian Inter-Party Consultations participants sign Memorandum of Cooperation
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the participants of the Eurasian Inter-Party Consultations today in Yerevan.
Representatives of United Russia (Yedinaya Rossiya), Ukraine’s Party of the Regions, Kazakhstan’s Nur Otan People's Democratic Party, Republican Party of Armenia, Prosperous Armenia Party participate in the consultations.
Integration processes within the CIS boost public and political and socio-economic development of member countries, according to the statement. The sides express readiness to continue dialogue and cooperation as part of the Eurasian Inter-Party program.
“Inter-party dialogue should also involve other participants, including youth and women’s organizations,” the Memorandum reads in part.
We will remind that members of Free Motherland and Democratic Party of Artsakh as well as Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian ambassadors have been invited to attend the consultations as observers.
The aim of the consultations is to develop a new platform for strengthening of ties between CIS parties; exchange experience; discuss issues related to democratic processes in CIS countries; create possibilities for further cooperation between political figures and parties of CIS.
