Hraparak: Vano left country as part of agreement between Ter-Petrosyan and Kocharyan
“Vano does not accept the current situation in the country as well as what Armenian National Congress (HAK) is doing, cooperating with Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP). He never accepted Kocharyan,” a friend of Armenia's former Interior Minister Vano Siradeghyan told Hraparak.
The paper reminds that Siradeghyan has been abroad for 12 years. He is wanted by police and faces criminal charges.
“Vano did not want to leave Armenia,” his friend told the paper. Vano left the country as part of an agreement between Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharyan, he added.
