Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun: From where to buy meat?
Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun has launched a series of publications presenting expert advice on security of meat sale and purchase. Specialists recommend to buy meat exclusively from such stands where there are fridges. There should be a veterinarian’s receipt on the scales which tells what kind of animal it is, that the animal is checked by the veterinary and is permitted for sale. Besides, the consumer has the right to check the additional documents given by the veterinary of the village or region.
