168 Zham: Alexander Arzumanyan refuses to resign
According to 168 Zham, Heritage parliamentary faction’s attempts to recall vice chairman of NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Alexander Arzumanyan have been failing so far. Arzumanyan announces everywhere that he is not going to resign.
“NA Rules of Procedure do not stipulate any other way of replacing chairmen and vice chairmen of NA standing committees. Arzumanyan also threatens to apply to international institutions if illegal decisions are made in the parliament,” the paper writes.
