Hraparak: Journalist could run for president
National Press Club chair Narine Mkrtchyan actively meets with political figures as well as young people, Hraparak reports, citing a student who participated in these meetings and was inspired with them.
When reached for a comment, the Press Club chair said that she meets not only with political figures and students but also with businessmen who are concerned about the country’s future.
Asked whether she intends to run for president, she said that she will have public meetings soon, with journalists also attending, and she will announce her decision during the meetings.
