Azerbaijan not interested in regional stability – NKR FM
International conference on “Regional Security Dynamics in the South Caucasus” kicked off today in Yerevan.
The conference is attended by about two dozen experts from Armenia, the United States, Russia, Great Britain, Turkey, Iran and Israel.
The address of President Serzh Sargsyan and Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan was read at the opening session of the conference.
NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan also addressed the participants of the event. He noted that the conference is a good occasion for exchanging thoughts and ideas about regional security.
“Currently we face a direct military threat to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan as well as policy of Armenophobia implemented by Azerbaijan. All this shows that Azerbaijan is not interested in regional stability,” said the NKR Foreign Minister.
