Hraparak: Messages to Tsarukyan
Armenian police website recently has been posting reports of disclosures of crimes committed long ago, Hraparak reports. In particular, one of the recent reports discloses a theft of tires from a Moskvich car committed 22 years ago.
“It appears that these disclosures have political motives. They are “warning messages” addressed to political forces. They make understand that criminal cases, which were forgotten long ago, could be disclosed. The message on Moskvich car is addressed to Gagik Tsarukyan, who in the 90s engaged in import of car parts,” writes the paper.
