Newly established commission to study foreigners’ relations in NKR
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan today signed a decree, according to which, in order to examine the issues related to the relations associated with the foreigners in the Nagorno- Karabakh Republic and submit necessary proposals for their solution, an interdepartmental commission was set up with the following composition:
Arthur Aghabekyan – NKR vice prime-minister (chairman of the commission)
Karen Mirzoyan - NKR minister of foreign affairs
Sergey Shahverdyan- head of the tourism and historical environment department under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers
Robert Shaferyan - head of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers
Victor Kocharyan - head of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers
Levon Grigoryan - Chief of NKR Government Staff (secretary of the commission).
