Preserving status quo in Karabakh conflict unacceptable, says Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister
There is discrimination against Muslims in Europe, Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Feridun Sinirlioglu said in his remarks at the 19th OSCE Ministerial Council in Dublin today, a Panorama.am correspondent reported from Dublin.
Referring to the situation in the South Caucasus and, in particular, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Sinirlioglu noted that preserving status quo in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is unacceptable.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at the OSCE Ministerial Council that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved exclusively by peaceful means.
“I see nothing else than that the resolution should be achieved through peaceful negotiations,” said the Russian FM.
We will remind that Foreign Ministers from 57 countries, including Armenia, attend the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Dublin.
