Recovery works at Aghtamar Island
According to Sondakika news site New Recovery works are being done at Aghtamar Island in Vana Lake.
According to the source the monastery found during excavations in the southern part of Armenian St. Cross church and the chapel-like construction are being recovered. These constructions are planned to be recovered in 6 months.
The restoration works will start since April 2012 and 1 million 200 liras will be given for the restoration.
There will be cameras installed there in the island which will control the island and the church.
