“Prosperous Armenia” is still against
“There is no clear agreement. We vote against the presented draft at this moment, but we are ready to continue negotiation until the second reading,” said MP of Prosperous Armenian Party in NA, member of Committee of Ethics Stepan Margaryan.
The project of amendments in NA Rules of Procedure which refers to the changes in formation of Ethics Committee was accepted by the first reading with 66 for and 28 against, and 1 abstain.
Earlier Panorama.am had informed that consultation was held with NA chairman today at the morning, over which the factions were to reach a common agreement, the NA vice-speaker Edward Sharmazanov said.
