Haykakan Zhamanak: Female doctor to run for president
Three people have already received a certificate stating they have been permanent residents of Armenia during the past ten years, head of Passport and Visa Department of RA Police Hovhannes Kocharyan told Haykakan Zhamanak.
This certificate is required for being nominated as presidential candidate. According to Hovhannes Kocharyan, those receiving certificates are: Aram Karapetyan (leader of New Times party), Vardan Sedrakyan (specialist in epic) and Zaruhi Harutyunyan. It is not clear who she is but according to some information, she is a doctor, writes the paper.
