Levon Zurabyan does not notice Nikol Pashinyan, does not want to engage in speculation
Armenian National Congress (ANC) coordinator Levon Zurabyan did not notice the absence of his colleague Nikol Pashinyan at the 17th convention of Armenian National Movement (ANM) party.
“That is new for me. Is he absent?” Zurabyan told a Panorama.am reporter when asked about Pashinyan’s absence.
Commenting on the probability of ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s nomination as a presidential candidate, Levon Zurabyan told reporters after the ANM’s convention that he “does not want to engage in speculation.”
“I would very much want Ter-Petrosyan to run for president because he is the only candidate who could ensure unreserved support by all forces that make part of ANC. It is up to him to decide whether or not to run in the elections. This issue requires a serious approach,” said Zurabyan.
