Armenian teacher killed in Kadikoy, Turkey
Armenian teacher of informatics Iker Shahin who worked at Aramyan-Unujyan school located in Kadikoy suburb of Istanbul, Turkey, was stubbed in his own apartment. His colleagues, having no news about him for 3 days, have had to go to his house as he was not replying to their phone-calls. They have called the police. The latter entering the house had found 40 years old Shahin dead.
According to Turkish Dogan news agency Shahin, who was stubbed by a sharp weapon, has been killed three days before. Sending congratulatory messages by phone was what he managed to do before being killed. Criminal case has been sewed. Investigation is being carried out. According to the preliminary version of the police the murder was committed for robbery purposes.
Earlier, another Armenian, 84 years old Maritsa Kyucuk, was severely killed in her own house in Turkey. She was stubbed in 8 places by knife.
